LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. License Grant

All Assets are licensed, not sold.

Unless otherwise stated, all licenses are:

• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• Non-sublicensable
• Revocable

2. User Types & Plans

2.1 Individual (Single Purchase)

• Users may purchase individual Assets separately.
• Each purchase is subject to this License Agreement.

2.2 Basic Subscription

• Monthly subscription with up to 50 downloads per month.
• Download limits reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Subject to fair use and license restrictions.

2.3 Premium Subscription

• Monthly or annual subscription with unlimited downloads.
• Intended for professional or high-volume users.
• Subject to the same license restrictions and anti-redistribution rules.

3. Permitted Uses (All License Types)

You may use the Assets for:

4. Prohibited Uses (Strictly Enforced)

You may NOT:

• ❌ Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share Assets
• ❌ Upload Assets to marketplaces, asset libraries, or AI training datasets
• ❌ Include Assets in template packs, starter kits, or downloadable products
• ❌ Distribute editable or source files, including but not limited to:
  FBX, OBJ, GLTF, ZPRJ, ZTL, BLEND, CLO, MD, or similar formats
• ❌ Claim authorship or ownership of the original Assets
• ❌ Use Assets for illegal, defamatory, or unethical purposes

5. Digital Watermarking

All downloadable files may contain invisible digital watermarks linked to your account ID for the purpose of tracking unauthorized distribution.

• Watermarks do not affect file quality or usability
• Attempting to remove or alter watermarks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Agreement
• Detection of watermarked files in unauthorized distributions will be used as evidence in legal proceedings

6. Derivative Works

• You may modify Assets for use in your own projects.
• Modified or derivative Assets remain subject to this License.
• Derivative works may NOT be redistributed as standalone or editable 3D assets, even if heavily modified.

7. Intellectual Property

• All Assets remain the intellectual property of the creator and/or the Site.
• Copyright ownership is not transferred.
• Purchasing or downloading Assets does not grant ownership of the original files.

8. Free License

Assets provided under a Free License:

• May be used for non-commercial and limited commercial purposes
• Are subject to the same redistribution restrictions
• May require attribution where specified

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

• Revoke licenses
• Suspend or terminate access without refund

In cases of misuse, redistribution, or violation of this Agreement.

10. Disclaimer

All Assets are provided "as is."

The Company is not responsible for:

• Project losses
• Software incompatibilities
• Business or financial damages arising from Asset usage

11. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by applicable international copyright laws and related regulations.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a notice to: molibi3d@dkable.com

• Statement of good faith belief
